NOVELTY - The three-dimensional electrode structure comprises a graphene and conductive polymer complex film including a conducting polymer formed in the graphene film in the roll form. The thickness of the graphene and conductive polymer complex film is 1 nanometer to 1000 micrometer. The graphene film includes graphene oxide. The conducting polymer includes the polymer selected from polyethylenedioxythiophene, polyphenylene vinylene, polyazin, polythiophene, polyphenylene sulfide, polyfuran, polypyrrole, and polyacetylene. USE - Three-dimensional electrode structure for a three-dimensional capacitor electrode (Claimed). ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional electrode structure ensures high conductivity due to the presence of the graphene and conducting polymer complex film. The charge and discharge rate is improved.
