▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Coating Layer for substrate includes graphene and or graphene derivatives that reflect and or adsorb an electromagnetic wave for the electronic device USE - Used as Electromagnetic wave adsorbing coating ADVANTAGE - The graphene and graphene derivatives are prepared as the coating layer for substrate with excellent heat dissipation property. The coating layer avoiding disturbance of normal function of the electrical circuit due to electromagnetic Interference (EMI), so as to avoid degrading or limiting of performance of the electrical circuit. The coating layer creates high wall shear stress through high shear rate under rotation of the outer cylinder, so as to facilitate penetration of the dispersant into the interlayer spacing of the graphene sheets. The air-controlled electrospray (ACES) offers a high production rate, better control of dispersion of nano-inclusions in the solution drops, smaller drop sizes, and better control of directing solution drops towards the substrate with uniform and thin coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) an electronic device; (2) a method for preparing graphene and graphene derivatives as a coating material for a substrate of an electronic device.
