▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The biosensor has a working electrode completely located in a detection area (3-1) of a detection layer (3). An auxiliary electrode and a reference electrode are arranged in an absorption area (5-1) of an absorption layer (5). A peripheral hole is formed with the detection area and a center of a center hole. The detection area is matched with the absorption area through the center hole. A reagent layer (2) comprises four circular hydrophilic regions and used for synchronous detection of objects to be detected. USE - Laser-induced graphene graphene electrode based paper-based stereo-microfluidic biosensor for detecting disease marker e.g. protein, nucleic acid and polysaccharide. ADVANTAGE - The biosensor has high-efficiency, sensitive, green and environment-friendly and low cost, and is simple to process. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a laser-induced graphene graphene electrode based paper-based stereo-microfluidic biosensor. 1Sample layer 1-1Sampling area 2Reagent layer 2-1Reagent area 3Detection layer 3-1Detection area 5Absorption layer 5-1Absorption area
