▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing multifunctional film material involves providing film casting solution, performing intermittent ultrasonic treatment. The film casting solution includes wetting solution for catalytic degradation materials, and catalytic degradation materials are graphene oxide and titanium dioxide. The lateral size of the graphene oxide is not greater than 3 micrometer. The titanium dioxide is anatase type, and preferably particle size is 5-50 nanometer. The casting liquid is formed into oil-water separation bottom membrane in coagulation bath in the presence of 3,4-dimethoxyphenethylamine and 6-aminocaproic acid. The bottom membrane substrate is bisphenol A polysulfone. The catalytic degradation material is arranged in the bottom film and cross-linked on the surface of the bottom film to form active hydrophilic layer. The hydrophilic layer is cross-linked layer of chitosan and polyvinyl acetate. The average molecular weight of the polyvinyl acetate is 30,000-150,000. USE - Method for preparing multifunctional film material used in preparation of membrane separation materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare multifunctional film material that realizes synchronization of oil-water separation and heavy metal adsorption, and multifunctional effects such as photocatalytic degradation, oil resistance, self-cleaning.
