NOVELTY - Preparation of composite electrode material containing disulfide bond involves adding graphene oxide to anhydrous dimethylformamide, adding p-phenylene diisocyanate to dispersed mixture, reacting mixture, washing obtained product, drying filtrate to obtain isocyanated graphene oxide, adding isocyanated graphene oxide to deionized water, drying filtered material, dispersing obtained terminal aminated graphene oxide in dilute hydrochloric acid, adding aniline, 2,2'-dithiodiphenyl amine and ammonium persulfate to obtained dispersed mixture, filtering stirred mixture and drying washed product. USE - Preparation of composite electrode material used for supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, economical and environmentally-friendly, and provides composite electrode material with excellent cycle stability, on a large scale. The electrode material has mass specific capacitance of 432 F/g. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of composite electrode material containing disulfide bond involves (a) adding graphene oxide to anhydrous dimethylformamide, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion of mixture, adding p-phenylene diisocyanate to obtained material, reacting mixture under nitrogen atmosphere, washing obtained product, filtering washed material, drying filtrate to obtain isocyanated graphene oxide, (b) adding isocyanated graphene oxide to deionized water, stirring mixture, filtering stirred mixture, carrying out vacuum drying of filtered material to obtain terminal aminated graphene oxide, and (c) dispersing terminal aminated graphene oxide in dilute hydrochloric acid, adding aniline, 2,2'-dithiodiphenylamine and ammonium persulfate to obtained dispersed mixture, stirring mixtures, filtering stirred mixture, washing filtered material, and drying washed material to obtain black powder product.
