ADVANTAGE - The antistatic agent has effectively reduced the environmental pollution problem caused by carbon black production, has solved the problem of recycling the paint slag, and has good antistatic performance. It has realized the waste utilization of the waste paint residue. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing solid powder antistatic agent, which involves removing mechanical impurities from the paint residue, heating for 2-3 hours at 800-900 ℃, cooling to room temperature, taking the paint slag obtained, and the conductive carbon black, graphene, high-speed mixing, ball milling for 2-4 hours, finally sieving with 600-a mesh sieve to obtain the product.
