▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene carbon nanotube composite conductive liquid comprises heating graphite and nano-metal particles at weight ratio of 85-96:4-15 to 650-750 degrees C, stirring, insulating for 2-10 hours to obtain graphite metal particles, adding solution A comprising solvent, dispersant and release agent at weight ratio of 82-94:3-13:3-5, and sonicating to obtain mixed pre-peeled solution; and discharging at pressure of 75-95 MPa, shear peeling to obtain graphene, contacting with carbon source to generate carbon nanotubes on surface of graphene through catalytic reaction at 200-500 degrees C, and ultrasonically dispersing. The weight ratio of solution A and graphite metal particles is 6-12:100. USE - The method is for preparation of graphene carbon nanotube composite conductive liquid. ADVANTAGE - The conductive liquid has effectively improved dispersibility and conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for conductive liquid preparation device comprising heating stirrer, and high-pressure jet machine comprising controller, main reaction container, first spray structure and second spray structure. The first spray structure comprises first container, first spray driving unit, first nozzle and first inlet. The second spray structure comprises second container, second spray driving unit, second nozzle and second inlet.
