NOVELTY - Method for preparing antibacterial blended fabric for underwear, involves (a) placing dried antibacterial agent and polyester chips into the dry chip storage bucket on the spinning machine, sealing the barrel, and turning on the spinning metering pump to discharge the material, (b) twisting 35-75 %mass polyurethane fiber and 25-65 %mass water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol fiber as the core yarn, twisting the antibacterial modified polyester fiber and cotton fiber, (c) placing the core-spun yarn into boiling water, and treating in a water bath, (d) using the blended yarn of aloe fiber and milk protein fiber as the warp, and weaving the antibacterial modified blended yarn, (e) placing the grey fabric in the pretreatment liquid, and (f) placing the pretreated grey fabric into the antibacterial finishing solution, under alkaline conditions, using one dip and one roll for dipping to control the rolling margin to 70, performing hot air drying, and baking to obtain the product. USE - Method used for preparing antibacterial blended fabric for underwear (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces antibacterial blended fabric is soft and comfortable, has excellent skin-friendly breathability, elegant luster, full sense of luxury, antibacterial performance and durability, is simple, has high economic benefit and is suitable for industrialized processing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing antibacterial blended fabric for underwear involves (a) placing dried antibacterial agent and polyester chips into the dry chip storage bucket on the spinning machine, sealing the barrel, and turning on the spinning metering pump to discharge the material after heating each area of the screw to the working temperature for 10 minutes, when the spinning fluid is discharged in a stable streamline and no bubbles are discharged, installing the spinning assembly to start spinning, and drawing the spun antibacterial modified polyester fiber with a VA443 drafting machine, controlling the drafting ratio at 4-5 times to obtain the antibacterial modified polyester fiber, (b) twisting 35-75 %mass polyurethane fiber and 25-65 %mass water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol fiber as the core yarn, twisting the antibacterial modified polyester fiber and cotton fiber obtained in step (a) as an outer covering layer, adapting the vortex spinning process to wrap the core yarn with the outer covering to obtain the core yarn, (c) placing the core-spun yarn obtained in step (b) into boiling water, and treating in a water bath for 40-80 minutes to obtain an antibacterial modified blended yarn, (d) using the blended yarn of aloe fiber and milk protein fiber as the warp, and weaving the antibacterial modified blended yarn obtained in step (c) to perform warp and weft knitting to obtain a grey cloth, (e) placing the grey fabric in the pretreatment liquid, controlling the bath ratio to 1:15-25, treating at 90 degrees C for 20-40 minutes, and washing with water to obtain the pretreated grey fabric, and (f) placing the pretreated grey fabric into the antibacterial finishing solution, the concentration of the modified natural antibacterial agent in the antibacterial finishing solution is 5-50 g/l, under alkaline conditions, using one dip and one roll for dipping to control the rolling margin to 70, immersing for 10-16 hours, performing hot air drying at 110 degrees C, and baking at 160 degrees C for 30 seconds to obtain the product.
