▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing reduced graphene oxide (rGO) coated oxidized graphene framework (OGF) incorporated polymer foam (rGO-PU-OGF), comprises: mixing uniformly OGF weight by volume with component A comprising polyol; adding component B comprising polyisocyanate to the mixture of the OGF with component A to obtain a polymerized OGF incorporated polymer foam with porous channeled micro pores encapsulated macro pores; dip coating the OGF incorporated polymer foam with graphene oxide (GO) liquid solution; and obtaining the rGO coated OGF incorporated polymer foam by thermally reducing the GO dip coated OGF incorporated polymer foam. USE - The method is useful for preparing rGO-PU-OGF which is useful for improving oil/water separation with instant sorption and recovery. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple, cost-effective and low-cost; can be used in mass production at an industrial scale; produces rGO-PU-OGF satisfies applications under high porosity, elasticity, and super-oleophilic property parameters. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for rGO coated OGF incorporated polymer foam (rGO-PU-OGF), where the rGO-PU-OGF is prepared by mixing uniformly OGF with component A, adding component B to the mixture of the OGF with component A to obtain a polymerized OGF incorporated polymer foam with porous channeled micro pores encapsulated macro pores, dip coating the OGF incorporated polymer foam with graphene oxide liquid solution, and obtaining the rGO coated OGF incorporated polymer foam by thermally reducing the GO dip coated OGF incorporated polymer foam.
