NOVELTY - The preparation of graphene oxide composite material for high strength container bottom plate involves dispersing graphene oxide and epoxy resin in xylene, ultrasonically treating, adding curing agent, defoaming, and preparing graphene oxide/epoxy resin mixture, adding liquid conveying capillary tube with high shear and a feeding device are added above the looms in the case of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber woven fabric, extruding the graphene oxide/epoxy resin mixture through shearing tube to extrude the shear fluid, driving by feeding mechanism, uniformly applying mixture to the surface of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene fiber to obtain epoxy resin-containing graphene oxide/ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fiber cloth, laminating fiber cloth which is energy absorbing layer, and carbon fiber and glass fiber as a reinforcing layer, and performing laminated hot pressing treatment. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide composite material for high strength container bottom plate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of lightweight graphene oxide composite material with excellent energy absorption effect, high impact strength, excellent acid and alkali resistance and excellent chemical corrosion resistance.
