▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Preparing hydroxylated graphene comprises (i) mixing the thermally reduced graphene oxide with porous structure and the solid powder of the basic compound in a mass ratio of 1:10-1:30, and grinding; and (ii) washing the grinding product to neutrality, and drying. USE - The hydroxylated graphene is useful in field of nano materials and engineering (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple, economical, environmentally-friendly and easy to operate; provides short preparation time; does not use toxic reagents; produces graphene with high yield and uniformly distributed hydroxy functional groups and the intact internal structure, does not contain other oxygen-containing functional groups; and solves problem that the hydroxy group only exists at the edge of the product structure in the preparation process of hydroxylated graphene.
