▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Aqueous antibacterial and anti-influenza A virus nano-material protective coating comprises 10-20 pts. wt. water, 30-50 pts. wt. aqueous acrylic resin, 10-25 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 10-25 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 3-15 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, 0.1-10 pts. wt. modified graphene, 0.1-10 pts. wt. nano metal material, and 0.1-10 pts. wt. bactericide. USE - Used as aqueous antibacterial and anti-influenza A virus nano-material protective coating. ADVANTAGE - The nano-material protective coating has excellent antibacterial performance and durability, which exceeds the national standard in terms of antibacterial performance and antibacterial durability, can reach antibacterial rate against bacteria e.g. Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus of more than 99.9%, exceeds the international standard of antiviral activity and antiviral durability performance, and reaches the antiviral activity rate against viruses e.g. enterovirus 71 and influenza A virus H3N2 more than 99.9%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing aqueous antibacterial and anti-influenza A virus nano-material protective coating comprising (S1) adding a part of water, wetting agent, defoamer and thickener to the dispersion tank while maintaining medium-speed dispersion, (S2) turning to high-speed dispersion and keep dispersing for 5-10 minutes, adding calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, modified graphene and nano-metal materials, and keep dispersing for 25-35 minutes, (S3) reducing to medium-speed dispersion, maintaining the dispersion for 10-20 minutes, and adding aqueous acrylic resin, and (S4) finally adding film-forming agent, bactericide and remaining water, keep dispersing for 10-20 minutes, filtering and packing.
