NOVELTY - An optical absorption material comprises film-like carbon structure (1) which consists of graphenes. The graphene comprises a plate-shaped aggregate (2) has various directions with respect perpendicular surface of substrate. The film-like carbon structure does not contain a metallic element. USE - An optical absorption material used for light absorption composition (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The optical absorption material has outstanding light resistance and weather resistance which show a very low reflectance with respect to visible light. The optical absorption material can achieve blackening. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) light absorption composition comprising carbon structure obtained by dividing the film-like carbon structure (1); and (2) manufacturing the optical absorption material which involves irradiating microwave to a carbon material and a base material by a gas atmosphere, microwave-heating the carbon material and base material, inducing the excited state of the gas by the microwave, cutting the carbon-carbon double bond of carbon material by UV-ray generated in the light emission process of the gas, and producing the film-like carbon structure which becomes the surface of base material from graphene by using carbon separated and plasmified from carbon material as raw material accompanied by light emission from plasma state having wavelengths of 386-589 nm.
