▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A heteroatom-doped graphene nanofiber non-woven fabric comprises non-woven fabric having graphene fibers fused with each other and network structure formed by overlapping. The graphene fibers are formed by crosslinking graphene nanofibers and the inside of the non-woven fabric is a multi-level pore structure composed of macropores and micropores. The graphene nanofibers are doped with heteroatoms, and the heteroatoms are connected to the carbon atoms of the graphene in the form of covalent bonds. USE - The heteroatom-doped graphene nanofiber non-woven fabric is used as flexible electrode material and for energy, electron, catalysis and biological medicine fields. ADVANTAGE - The fabric has increased specific surface area and active site and high conductivity and flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the nonwoven fabric comprising using graphene oxide dispersion liquid containing heteroatom compound as spinning solution, wet spinning in a coagulation bath, and drying for 12 hours at not less than 70 degrees C; dispersing in mixed solution of ethanol and water, crushing, mixing, filtering, depositing by the filter screen, washing with ethanol for 3 times, and drying at 80 degrees C; and mixing with saturated iron(III) chloride, drying, and performing high temperature heat treatment.
