NOVELTY - Tire bead protective glue comprises 10-90 pts. wt. natural rubber, 10-90 pts. wt. bifunctional polybutadiene rubber, 0.01-7.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 20-60 pts. wt. white carbon black, 10-20 pts. wt. carbon black and 4-10 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. The functional groups of bifunctional polybutadiene rubber are mercapto and siloxane groups. USE - Tire bead protective glue used in tire industry for protecting tire carcass cord and steel wire sub-opening wrapping action of the tire frame. ADVANTAGE - The tire bead protective glue has high hardness, bending resistance, low heat generating semi-steel meridian tire mouth protecting glue, and high heat generation, method of preparing the tire bead protective glue is simple, convenient for industrial production, low cost, and can be prepared to obtain a high hardness and bending resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing tire bead protective glue, which involves: a. dispersing graphene oxide in first organic solvent to obtain graphene oxide suspension; b. dissolving the di-functional polybutadiene rubber in second organic solvent to form rubber solution, where first organic solvent and the second organic solvent are mutually soluble or are the same organic solvent; c. mixing graphene oxide suspension with the rubber solution, removing first organic solvent and second organic solvent to obtain bifunctional polybutadiene rubber/graphene oxide composite precursor; d. carrying out dehydration condensation reaction on bifunctional polybutadiene rubber/graphene oxide composite precursor under action of initiator to obtain bifunctional polybutadiene rubber/graphene oxide composite material; e. mixing natural rubber and di-functionalized polybutadiene rubber/graphene oxide composite material; and f. adding rest raw material components for further mixing to obtain tire bead rubber.
