NOVELTY - The preparation of graphene aerogel involves mixing 1 g graphene with 20-100 g water, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene dispersion liquid, placing in a vessel with electrodes, orienting the solution by an applied electric field, obtaining highly oriented graphene dispersion liquid, where the frequency of the applied alternating electric field is 10-1000 Hz, obtaining highly oriented graphene dispersion liquid, continuously maintaining the role of electric field, freezing, solidifying with liquid nitrogen and carrying out lyophilization or critical lyophilization. USE - Preparation of highly oriented graphene aerogel used for battery, super capacitor electrode material, electron field emission source, heat insulation material, adsorbent material, high-throughput filtration material and catalyst carrier. ADVANTAGE - The highly oriented graphene aerogel has high porosity and has high orientation rate along the direction of the electric field.
