NOVELTY - Lightweight armor subassembly module comprises an assembly module arranged according to bullet-facing surface sequence, a polymer-reinforced graphene functional filler (1), an ultrahigh-strength alloy steel bullet-facing plate (2), a high-strength aluminum alloy restraint ring (3) provided with high-strength composite ceramic plate (4). The ultrahigh-strength alloy steel back plate (5), the graphene composite continuous fiber material (6) and the high-molecular elastomer composite silicon dioxide air solid material (7) are assembled in a layered mode. The polymer-cured graphene functional filler (8) is sprayed between every two layers to be bonded and cured, and then is filled into a high-strength aluminum alloy box body (9) to form a novel lightweight armor assembly module. The total thickness of the assembly module is 100-120 mm. The surface density of the component module is 179-189 kg/m2. USE - Lightweight armor subassembly module.
