▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nano-crystalline tin dioxide/graphene composite air-sensitive material comprises single layer graphene as load framework, nano-crystalline tin dioxide is embedded on both sides and edge of graphene insitu. The tin oxidenanocrystals are 5-20 nm, nanocrystalline tin oxide, monolayer graphene, and nanocrystalline tin oxide are stacked in sandwich shape in nanocrystalline tin oxide/graphene composite material. USE - Method for preparing pano-crystalline tin dioxide/graphene composite air-sensitive material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare nano-crystalline tin dioxide/graphene composite air-sensitive material which has high-efficiency and improves the conductivity of the tin oxide, reduces the response temperature, improves stability of response performance and is cost effective. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing nano-crystalline tin dioxide/graphene composite air-sensitive material, which involves: (A) using modified Hummers method to prepare graphite oxide, ultrasonically dispersing obtained graphite oxide into deionized water to obtain oxidized graphene aqueous solution; (B) stirring anhydrous ethanol and polyethylene glycol and mixing according volume ratio to obtain a mixed solvent, dissolving anhydrous oxalic acid in the obtained mixed solvent, stirring to obtain oxalic acid solution; (C) adding tin dichloride dihydrate in the oxalic acid solution, stirring until completely dissolved to obtain transparent tin salt solution; (D) adding the graphene oxide aqueous solution to the tin salt solution, stirring for 1-10 hours standing still and collecting the precipitate; (E) drying the obtained precipitate obtained and grinding to obtain composite precursor; and (F) annealing obtained powdery composite precursor at low temperatures in highly vacuum environment.
