The modified asphalt comprises 80-95 pts. wt. asphalt, 8-10 pts. wt. naphthenic oil, 6-8 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, 5-8 pts. wt. powdered styrene-butadiene rubber, 4-6 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 5-7 pts. wt. modified talc powder and 3-5 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Root puncture-resistant mildew-resistant waterproof coiled material for a planting roof system of a green plant as a main covering, nutrition soil layer needed by plant survival, water storage layer and plant root blocking layer. ADVANTAGE - The coiled material utilizes copper foil as the middle layer, so that the copper can prevent the growth of bacteria on its surface, improve the service life of the waterproof coiled material, and resist the damage of plant roots, and with the modified graphene oxide in the modified asphalt to improve the effect of root puncture resistance. The modified graphene oxide is prepared by (a) mixing ethyl 2-(4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy)propionate, 1,4-butanediol and a catalyst, heating under reflux at 120℃ for 6 hours, after reacting, cooling the temperature to room temperature, then extracting the obtained reaction solution with dichloromethane and deionized water, drying the obtained organic phase with anhydrous sodium sulfate, and concentrating under reduced pressure after drying to obtain the root inhibitor component, and (b) under the condition of nitrogen protection, adding the root inhibitor component to the dispersion liquid containing cyanate-modified graphene, setting the temperature at 80℃, stirring the reaction for 20 hours, after reacting, cooling to room temperature, precipitating the obtained reaction solution with acetone, and drying the obtained precipitate to constant weight at 80℃ under vacuum conditions to obtain modified graphene oxide.
