▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nano hybrid film comprises a polymer support layer and a polymer separation layer of modified inorganic nano material deposited on the surface of the polymer support layer. USE - The nano-hybrid film is useful for separating volatile gas-state component in traditional Chinese medicine volatile component separation process (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano hybrid film has better separation performance compared with the pure polymer film. The nano-filler enhances the mechanical strength film, and inhibits the deformation degree of the film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of nano-hybrid film comprising using silane coupling agent to modify the graphene oxide, obtaining silanized graphene oxide, adding the silanized graphene oxide into the mixed solution of polydimethylsiloxane and solvent, dispersing and adding crosslinking agent and catalyst, stirring and defoaming to obtain the modified inorganic nanomaterial polymer separating layer; depositing the polymer separation layer of the modified inorganic nano material on the surface of the polymer support layer, volatilizing the solvent, drying, crosslinking and curing to obtain the nano hybrid film.
