▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen-doped lithium titanate/graphene nano complex material comprises (i) dispersing titanium source in absolute ethyl alcohol and using glacial acetic acid, adjusting the pH, adding deionized water, stirring titanium sol, (ii) weighing graphene oxide to obtain graphene oxide sol, ultrasonically dispersing in deionized water, (iii) ultrasonicating obtained titanium sol and graphene oxide sol,(iv) dissolving lithium source in de-ionized water, adding chitosan and using diluted hydrochloric acid, stirring to obtain mixed solution. USE - The complex material is used as the cathode material for lithium ion capacitor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nitrogen-doped lithium titanate/graphene nano complex material used as the cathode material for lithium ion capacitor, comprises (i) dispersing titanium source in absolute ethyl alcohol and using glacial acetic acid, adjusting the pH, adding deionized water, stirring titanium sol obtained after a period of time, (ii) weighing graphene oxide to obtain graphene oxide sol, ultrasonically dispersing in deionized water, (iii) ultrasonicating obtained titanium sol and graphene oxide sol to obtain titanium hydroxide/graphene oxide mixed sol system, (iv) dissolving lithium source in de-ionized water, adding chitosan and using diluted hydrochloric acid, adjusting the pH to acidity, stirring to obtain mixed solution, (v) adding the titanium/graphene oxide mixed sol system obtained in (iii) into the mixed liquid, stirring crosslinking agent, freezing and drying to obtain solid matter, (vi) obtaining the solid state matter and calcining in an inert gas atmosphere.
