▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing silicon-based ceramic micro-nano fiber thermal insulating felt comprises (1) preparing raw material mixed solution, where the raw material mixed solution comprises organic salt, high molecular polymer and solvent, (2) using centrifugal spinning device to spin the raw material mixed solution into silicon-based ceramic micro-nano fiber material precursor, (3) collecting silicon-based ceramic micro-nano fiber material precursors, stacking to form felt state, and obtaining silicon-based ceramic micro-nano fiber felt precursors, and (4) sintering the silicon-based ceramic micro-nano fiber felt precursor at high temperature to obtain the silicon-based ceramic micro-nano fiber thermal insulating felt. USE - The insulating felt is useful in field of thermal insulation. ADVANTAGE - The insulating felt has low density, and high temperature resistance, etc. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for silicon-based ceramic micro-nano fiber thermal insulating felt prepared by the above preparation method.
