NOVELTY - Electrophoretic-pulse deposition involves adding titanium mesh in sodium hydroxide solution to remove oil stain. The obtained mixture is boiled to remove oxide in oxalic acid solution. The obtained titanium mesh is cleaned with distilled water, and then dried using nitrogen. The surfactant sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and pyrrole acid solution. The titanium net is used as anode, platinum as cathode and pyrrole solution as plating solution. The current is adjusted to 3-10A and time is 3-7 minutes. USE - Method for electrophoretic-pulse deposition for preparing graphene modified loading palladium electrode and for chlorinated organic aqueous phase electro-catalytic reductive dechlorination (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables electrophoretic-pulse deposition with high catalytic performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Electrophoretic-pulse deposition involves adding titanium mesh in sodium hydroxide solution to remove oil stain. Graphene is added in a certain amount of isopropanol to prepare 0.5-2mg/ml dispersion liquid. The pH of the dispersion liquid is adjusted to 0.5-2.5 to obtain sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate/pyrrole/tin electrode as anode and platinum sheet as cathode. The voltage is 10-60V. the deposition time is 3-12 hours. The concentration of palladium is solution is 10 to 22.5mmol/l and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate/pyrrole/tin electrode is used as orking electrode. The control pulse current density is 5 to 15mA/cm2, each pulse on time is 0.5-2 s, off time is 0.5-2 s and pulse number is 400 to 1400.
