NOVELTY - Preparing weather-resistant antibacterial rain shoes comprises (a) taking natural rubber, functional components, nitrile rubber, vulcanizing agent, accelerator, active agent, white carbon black, activated calcium carbonate,(b) covering a layer of vulcanized film on the knitted fabric, cutting based on inner lining template, sewing to obtain in inner lining, (c) adding natural rubber into internal mixer for banburying, adding functional component, nitrile rubber, pressing, adding active agent, white carbon black and activated calcium carbonate, after pressing, discharging glue, adding vulcanizing agent and accelerator and unloading film to obtain the film and (d) using disposable full shoe molding vulcanizer, placing inner lining on mold with barrel mouth facing down, pasting the film on outside of inner lining, molding and vulcanizing and after demolding to obtain weather-resistant and antibacterial rain shoes. USE - The method is useful for preparing weather-resistant antibacterial rain shoes. ADVANTAGE - The shoe: realizes multiple antibacterial effects through simple technical means; overcomes the problem of single antibacterial effect and easy migration and failure of existing antibacterial agent; realizes weather resistance performance by blocking ultraviolet radiation and inhibiting thermal oxygen aging process and has higher weather resistance and antimicrobial property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing weather-resistant antibacterial rain shoes comprises (a) taking 70-80 pts. wt. natural rubber, 10-15 pts. wt. functional components, 15-18 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 2-2.5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 1-1.5 pts. wt. accelerator, 3.5-4.0 pts. wt. active agent, 8-10 pts. wt. white carbon black and 10-20 pts. wt. activated calcium carbonate, (b) prepare the inner lining: covering a layer of vulcanized film on the knitted fabric, cutting based on the inner lining template, sewing to obtain in the inner lining, (c) mixing: adding natural rubber into the internal mixer for banburying, adding functional component, nitrile rubber, pressing for 35-45 seconds, adding active agent, white carbon black and activated calcium carbonate, after pressing, discharging glue, adding vulcanizing agent and accelerator, when the temperature of the rubber material drops to 100-105℃, where the temperature is 90-95℃ for proficiency and unloading the film to obtain the film and (d) molding: using a disposable full shoe molding vulcanizer, placing the inner lining on the mold with the barrel mouth facing down, pasting the film on the outside of the inner lining, molding and vulcanizing and after demolding to obtain weather-resistant and antibacterial rain shoes.
