NOVELTY - Graphene modified antistatic and flame-retardant plastic master batch comprises 150-300 pts. wt. carrier resin, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene, 40-80 pts. wt. flame retardant and 8-15 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. USE - Used as graphene modified antistatic and flame-retardant plastic master batch. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the electrical properties of the plastic masterbatch, increases graphene content, decreases surface resistivity and volume resistivity of the modified plastic masterbatch and improves the wear resistance of plastic masterbatches, especially in water. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing master batch, comprising hydrolyzing 10 g silane coupling agent in 100 g ethanol solution, adding 10 g graphene and 100 g hydrolyzed silane coupling agent, 50 g liquid paraffin and 50 g xylene into 1 l beaker, stirring for 30-60 minutes, distilling under reduced pressure and drying in a blast drying box at 80-100 degrees C, premixing dimethyl silicone oil with carrier resin particles in a high-speed mixer for 3-5 minutes, adding flame retardant and pre-treated graphene, mixing for 5-10 minutes, drying in a blast drying oven at 80-100 degrees C for 2-4 hours to obtain a uniform mixture, extruding homogeneous mixture through a twin-screw extruder at 280-290 revolutions/minute under 160-210 degrees C, water-cooling, drying, and pelletizing.
