▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of boron-doped graphene comprises oxidizing graphite to obtain graphite oxide; and heating to 80-1100 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours under mixed inert and boron source gases atmosphere protection, and cooling to room temperature. USE - Method for preparation of boron-doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high-temperature method is simple and suitable for large-scale industrial production, has low equipment cost and uniform doping process, and does not affect original's graphite conjugated structure. The product has excellent performance.
