NOVELTY - The method involves adding metal salt solution with a graphene oxide solution to adjust a pH value of the mixed solution. Metal ion-induced graphene oxide self-assembly suspension is dispersed, where number of the graphene oxide self-assembling suspensions is similar as number of multi-site fork electrode array. An interdigitated fingers of a multi-site forked electrode array is obtained. Multi-site forked electrode array is placed in a graphene material resistive gas sensing array, where metal salt solution is a chloride salt solution and reducing vapor is a hydrazine hydrate vapor. USE - Method for preparing graphene material resistance type gas sensing array. ADVANTAGE - The method enables providing a resistor type gas sensor array to improve identification ability for monitoring personal health, food and safety of public.
