▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing copper/cadmium sulfide/graphene composite photocatalyst comprises (i) preparing graphene, (ii) adding the graphene into water and ultrasonically treating to obtain graphene dispersion, then adding cadmium acetate and thiourea into the graphene dispersion, mixing uniformly to obtain mixed solution A, (iii) heating the obtained mixed solution A, performing hydrothermal reaction, cooling to room temperature, washing, and drying to obtain cadmium sulfide/graphene composite photocatalyst, and (iv) placing cadmium sulfide/graphene composite photocatalyst in a reactor, adding water, lactic acid and copper acetate solution and mixing to obtain mixed solution B, adding mixed solution B into the reactor, mixing uniformly, and evacuating the reactor, and performing full-spectrum lamp irradiation treatment under agitation. USE - The photocatalyst is useful in photocatalytic water splitting to produce hydrogen (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The photocatalyst avoids the use of strong corrosive reagents; and has reduced preparation cost, has increased rate of photocatalytic hydrogen production under visible light and improved stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing copper/cadmium sulfide/graphene composite photocatalyst comprises (i) crushing and sieved the biochar to obtain biochar powder, uniformly mixing the biochar powder and potassium metal salt to obtain the mixture, heating in a nitrogen atmosphere for activation treatment, cooling to room temperature to obtain the activated product, neutralizing the activated product with dilute hydrochloric acid, centrifuging to collect the precipitate, washing the precipitate to neutrality and drying to obtain graphene, (ii) adding the graphene into water and ultrasonically treating to obtain graphene dispersion, then adding cadmium acetate and thiourea into the graphene dispersion, mixing uniformly to obtain mixed solution A, (iii) heating the obtained mixed solution A, performing hydrothermal reaction, cooling to room temperature, washing, and drying to obtain cadmium sulfide/graphene composite photocatalyst, (iv) placing cadmium sulfide/graphene composite photocatalyst in a reactor, adding water, lactic acid and copper acetate solution and mixing to obtain mixed solution B, adding mixed solution B into the reactor, mixing uniformly, and evacuating the reactor, and performing full-spectrum lamp irradiation treatment under agitation, centrifuging to get the precipitate, washing the precipitate and drying to obtain final product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for copper/cadmium sulfide/graphene composite photocatalyst obtained by above method.
