▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Particles comprise a particle core (A), modifier (B) and particles (C). The particle core (A) contains a particle core (A1) and a functional group-containing portion (A2) on the particle core. The modifier (B) contains a functional group (B1) capable of bonding to the particle core and capable of chemical bonding between molecules, and a functional group (B2) imparting properties desired for an analytical sensor. The particle core and the modifier are integrated with the particle core by intermolecular chemical bonding between functional-group containing portion and the functional group (B1). USE - Particles used in kit for producing substrate for producing sensor e.g. direct type substrate type analysis sensor for analysis (all claimed) used for detecting renal function, liver function, presence of absence of degree of inflammation, and for diagnosing presence or absence of tumor. ADVANTAGE - The particles provides high sensitive analytical sensor with high reproducibility, capable of simply and sensitively performing analysis and inspection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: kit for producing substrate, which comprises the particles and a base material; manufacture of particles; manufacture of substrate; manufacture of analytical sensor using the particles; ubstrate, which comprises a base material, a polymer matrix arranged on the base material and having a scaffold at least partially compatible with the molecule, and a binding group arranged on the scaffold; analytical sensor, which comprises the substrate, polymer matrix and a binding group for a specific binding molecule that binds to a molecule to-be-detected; direct type substrate type analysis sensor; and manufacture of direct type substrate type analysis.
