NOVELTY - Graphene-based reinforced aqueous epoxy zinc primer comprises component-A and component-B. The component-A includes 3-10 pts. modified amine curing agent, 3-5 pts. solvent, 0.1-1 pts. dispersant, 0-30 pts. filler, 20-85 pts. zinc powder, 1-2 pts. rheological additive, 0.1-1 pts. graphene and 0.5-1 pts. dehydrating agent. The component-B includes 60-80 pts. epoxy emulsion, 0.1-0.5 pts. defoamer, 0.1-0.5 pts. wetting agent, 0-20 pts. water and 1-5 pts. flash rust inhibitor. USE - Used as a graphene-based reinforced aqueous epoxy zinc primer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-based reinforced aqueous epoxy zinc primer, comprising: (i) adding the modified amine curing agent, solvent and dispersant into a stirring tank, stirring slowly and uniformly, adding graphene, dispersing uniformly at high speed; (ii) grinding the mixture to a fineness of not greater than 20 mu m and viscosity of less than 120 seconds, coating to obtain graphene dispersion; (iii) grinding the graphene dispersion, passing into the stirring tank, starting to stir at 300-500 rotations/minutes, adding other coating material, uniformly stirring for 30 minutes; (iv) detecting the qualification of the product, filtering via 120-150 meshes sieve, packing to obtain component-A; and (v) adding, epoxy emulsion, defoamer, water, wetting agent and rust inhibitor into the stirring tank, stirring uniformly.
