NOVELTY - An anticorrosive paint comprises 30-50 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 20-30 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 10-20 pts. wt. modified diatomite, 6-8 pts. wt. modified bamboo charcoal powder, 6-8 pts. wt. chemical fiber powder, 6-8 pts. wt. nano-zinc oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. ferric oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene corn, 3-5 pts. wt. expanded perlite, 1-5 pts. wt. diluting agent, 1-3 pts. wt. antifoaming agent and balance deionized water. USE - Anticorrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has improved film-forming effect, shortened drying time and reduced amount of resin and production costs. It has strong adhesion, good film formation effect and energy saving and environmental protection effects. The preparation process is simple and short. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the anti-corrosion painting comprising mixing uniformly modified diatomite, modified bamboo charcoal powder, chemical fiber powder, nano zinc oxide and ferric oxide to obtain mixture; adding epoxy resin and deionized water to batching tank, adding mixture, stirring and dispersing for 15-20 minutes; and adding corn graphene, expanded perlite, diluting agent and antifoaming agent, stirring, mixing and dispersing uniformly.
