NOVELTY - Preparation of carbon nanotube composite yarn, involves taking carbon nanotubes and graphene as raw materials, combining carbon nanotubes or multiple carbon nanotubes bundles, soaking in organic solvent, twisting to 5-20 degrees , preparing carbon nanotube yarn (A), adding to graphene dispersion (D1), stranding, drying, twisting, preparing carbon nanotubes composite yarn (B), adding to graphene dispersion liquid (D2), drying, and preparing carbon nanotube composite yarn (C) having twisting angle 5-10 degrees . The graphene dispersions (D1) and (D2) are prepared by dispersing graphene in water. USE - Preparation of carbon nanotubes composite yarn (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and improves conductivity and strength of carbon nanotubes composite yarn.
