▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Cathode sheet comprises a current collector, a conductive coating and a cathode layer. The surface of the current collector is coated with a conductive coating. The surface of the conductive coating is coated with a cathode layer. The cathode layer comprises 80-99 wt.% cathode active material , 0-10 wt.% conductive agent , 0.5-10 wt.% binder and 0.05-20 wt.% porous additive. The porous additive comprises a porous matrix material, a modified film and a water-absorbing material. The porous matrix material has a pore structure. The water-absorbing material is placed in the pore structure. The modifying film is coated on the outer surface of the porous matrix material. USE - Cathode sheet used for preparing lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sheet can absorb and eliminate trace gas generated in the lithium ion battery using process, enhance safety of the lithium ion battery to a certain extent, prolong service life of the lithium ion battery. The sheet has simple preparation process, obvious effect, and can effectively improve safety performance of the battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing negative electrode sheet, which involves: (A) mixing conductive agent, binder and optional porous additives to prepare conductive slurry; (B) coating the conductive slurry on the surface of the current collector to prepare the current collector with a conductive coating; (C) mixing the conductive agent, the binder, the negative electrode active material and the porous additive to prepare the negative electrode slurry; (D) coating the negative electrode slurry on the surface of the conductive coating; and (E) drying to prepare the current collector with a negative electrode layer and a conductive coating.
