NOVELTY - Electrochemical glucose sensor based on self-supporting glucose electrocatalytic material comprises a self-supporting glucose electrocatalytic material as a working electrode, silver/silver chloride as a reference electrode, and a platinum electrode as a counter electrode. The three-electrode system is completely immersed in the sweat, and the concentration of glucose in the sweat is directly detected through the electrochemical detection circuit to monitor the trend of blood sugar changes. The self-supporting glucose electrocatalytic material uses nickel foam as a self-supporting framework, and nickel sulfide is evenly distributed between the graphene sheet and the nickel foam framework. The self-supporting glucose electrocatalytic material includes 95-60% graphene, and 5-40% nickel sulfide. USE - Electrochemical glucose sensor is useful in technical field of blood sugar concentration detection. ADVANTAGE - The electrochemical glucose sensor avoids the physical and mental stress caused by the traditional invasive blood glucose measurement, reduces environmental restrictions, reduces costs, improves catalytic efficiency; and has excellent anti-interference performance, and improved detection accuracy.
