NOVELTY - A mercuric dication detecting method involves obtaining paper core as carrier, fluorescence energy resonance transfer method, Cy3 (RTM: Bright orange-fluorescent dye)-mercuric dication aptamer as fluorescent reporter molecule and graphene oxide as fluorescent quencher, where the aptamer binds mercuric dications specifically. USE - Method for detecting mercuric dications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting the mercuric dications in a rapid, direct and economic manner with common household paper core cutting machine and avoiding activation or modification of paper core.
