▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing high-conductivity aluminum wire cable core comprises (i) taking foam aluminum rod, providing foam aluminum rod with multiple channels, connecting multiple channels with each other, and connecting with external atmosphere, (ii) continuously and uniformly plating layer of copper on surface of foam aluminum rod obtained in the step (i), where thickness of copper plating layer is 0.1-5.0 mu m to obtain copper-plated foam aluminum rod, (iii) using plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition, and in-situ growing graphene layer on surface of copper-plated foam aluminum rod, mixed gas in inert gas under action of mixed gas composed of inert gas, hydrogen and methane, where volume ratio of hydrogen and methane is 18-20:1-2:2-3:2-3, flow rate of mixed gas is 200-250 SCCM, and thickness of graphene layer is 0.34-1 nm to obtain foam aluminum rod with graphene, and (iv) hot rolling to obtain growth of graphene foam aluminum rod, and molding. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-conductivity aluminum wire cable core. ADVANTAGE - The cable core: realizes continuous distribution of graphene in the aluminum wire; forms continuous high-conductivity network; and obtains graphene modified aluminum wire cable core with high conductive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for high conductivity aluminum wire cable core.
