NOVELTY - Three dimensional printing coated silica sand comprises raw sand, binder, coupling agent, curing agent, lubricant and fiber laser modifier; the raw sand is foundry silica sand; the binder is thermoplastic composite resin binder, and mass ratio of the added amount to the raw sand is 2-3:100; the composite resin binder comprises fast-polymerizing medium-strength phenolic resin PF-1171 and slow-polymerizing high-strength phenolic resin PF-1350; the coupling agent is modified silane coupling agent, and mass ratio of the added amount to the binder is 6-10:100; the curing agent is urotropine, and mass ratio of the added amount to the binder is 15-20:100; the lubricant is calcium stearate, and mass ratio of added amount to binder is 4-7:100; the fiber laser modifier is a mixture of graphene and zirconium oxide, the mass ratio of the added amount of fiber laser modifier to raw sand is 0.2-0.6:100; the mass ratio of graphene to zirconium oxide is 4:1-3:2. USE - The coated silica sand is useful for optical fiber laser processing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coated silica sand: process coated silica sand optical fiber which has high laser absorption rate, fast laser sintering molding speed, high strength, low cost, and has the ability to produce large and complex sand molds.
