NOVELTY - The device has a crushing tank (1), a grinding tank (2), a dispersion tank (3) and a storage tank (4) are arranged from top to bottom. An air inlet (5) is provided on an upper portion of the crushing tank, and a liquid inlet (6) is provided on the grinding tank. The dispersing tank is provided with a medicine inlet (7), and the crushing tank, the grinding tank and the dispersing tank are connected in sequence. A first filter plate (8) is arranged between the crushing tank and the grinding tank, and a second filter plate (9) is arranged between the grinding tank and the dispersion tank. A bottom of the dispersion tank is provided with a third filter plate (10) and a high-pressure nozzle device (11). The dispersion tank is connected with the storage tank, and the pore diameters of the first filter plate, the second filter plate and the third filter plate are sequentially reduced.
