▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor has a sensor main body provided with a substrate, a single-mode micro-fiber and a graphene thin film. A middle part of the substrate is covered with the graphene thin film. The substrate is made of magnesium fluoride material. Middle section diameter of the single-mode micro-fiber is about 10 um. End diameter of the single-mode micro-fiber is about 125 um. Length of the single-mode micro-fiber is about 3 cm. Thickness of the graphene thin film is about 0.38 nm. USE - Micro-optical fiber gas sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor can measure dielectric constant of the micro-optical fiber so as to change the optical refractive index and light propagating function of the optical fiber. The sensor can discriminate different types of gases by analyzing the interference spectrum, and has high detecting precision, high sensitivity, better working stability and better repeated utilization effect.
