NOVELTY - Preparing oxidized graphene zinc antibacterial cellulose composite film comprises (A) preparing cellulose powder; (B) preparing pineapple cellulose film; and (C) adding graphene-zinc oxide nanocompound into water, ultrasonic processing to obtain uniform dispersion, adding prepared pineapple cellulose membrane into a dispersion at 50 degrees C, reacting for 3 hours, taking out and drying to obtain oxidized graphene zinc antibacterial nanocomposite cellulose composite film. USE - Method for preparing oxidized graphene zinc antibacterial cellulose composite film. ADVANTAGE - The method is innocuous and degradable, has good bacteriostatic effect, and is environment-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A method for preparing oxidized graphene zinc antibacterial cellulose composite film comprises (A) preparing cellulose powder; (B) preparing pineapple cellulose film; and (C) adding graphene-zinc oxide nanocompound into water, ultrasonic processing to obtain uniform dispersion, adding prepared pineapple cellulose membrane into a dispersion at 50 degrees C, reacting for 3 hours, taking out and drying to obtain oxidized graphene zinc antibacterial nanocomposite cellulose composite film. The step (A) comprises extracting pineapple leaf in cellulose, drying, crushing, sieving with 100-mesh sieve to obtain pineapple powder; adding pineapple powder into sodium hydroxide solution, oscillating at 50 degrees C, reacting for 3 hours, activating, filtering, washing by pure water to neutral and drying, adding solid containing 0.01 mol/L ionic liquid in enzyme extracting solution, microwave extracting for 2 hours, filtering, concentrating to 1/4 volume by water bath, and drying to obtain cellulose powder. The step (B) preparing cellulose powder into anhydrous ethanol, ultrasonically processing for 30 minutes to prepare film solution; and casting to form film on clean tetrafluoroethene plate, after flat into a sufficient amount of water for film can be peeled off and removed to obtain pineapple cellulose film.
