NOVELTY - Device for preparing a graphene film comprises the reel frame (2) and the solution chamber (17), where a supporting rod (4) is welded to the front end of the reel frame and the top surface of the supporting rod is welded with a limiting teeth (3), a clamp spring (22) is connected to one side of the surface of the limiting tooth and the inner ring of the clamp spring is connected with a bearing. A film reel is connected to the inner center of the bearing and a film is annularly connected to the surface of the film scroll. A fixing rod is connected to one surface of the reel frame and the roller reel frame is fixedly connected to the surface side of the pressing box through the fixing rod. A pressing roller is arranged at an inner position of the pressing box. The other side surface of the pressing box is welded with solution chamber and the driven rotating shaft is connected to the inner side of the solution chamber. USE - The device is useful for preparing a graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device improves the productivity of graphene films. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Device for preparing a graphene film, comprises the reel frame and the solution chamber where a supporting rod is welded to the front end of the reel frame and the top surface of the supporting rod is welded with a limiting teeth, a clamp spring is connected to one side of the surface of the limiting tooth and the inner ring of the clamp spring is connected with a bearing. A film reel is connected to the inner center of the bearing and a film is annularly connected to the surface of the film scroll. A fixing rod is connected to one surface of the reel frame and the roller reel frame is fixedly connected to the surface side of the pressing box through the fixing rod. A pressing roller is arranged at an inner position of the pressing box. The other side surface of the pressing box is welded with a solution chamber and the driven rotating shaft is connected to the inner side of the solution chamber. The side of the driven rotating shaft is located inside the solution chamber and is provided with a generating box and a graphene solution is arranged inside the box. A graphene feeding port is connected to an inner side of the generating box and an electric stripper is disposed inside the solution chamber on the side of the generating box. The solution chamber is filled with a solution. A connecting plate is connected to a surface of one side of the solution chamber and a guide rotating shaft is connected to the upper end of the connecting plate. The cleaning box is welded to the other side of the connecting plate and a sprinkler head is connected to the inner and lower inner wall surfaces of the cleaning tank. A guide rotating shaft is arranged at an inner position of the cleaning box and the drying box is welded to the other side of the cleaning water tank. A heating rod is arranged inside the drying box. The inner position of the drying box is provided with a guide rotating shaft. The other side of the drying box is connected with a reel frame. A supporting rod is welded to the front end of the reel frame and the top surface of the supporting rod is welded with limiting teeth. A clamp spring is connected to one side of the surface of the limiting teeth and the inner ring of the clamp spring is connected with a bearing.
