▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing cobalt oxide/phosphorus doped graphene composite material comprises (a) adding graphene oxide to 40 ml deionized water and ultrasonically stirring until uniformly dispersed to obtain graphene oxide solution, (b) adding phosphorus-containing substance to graphene oxide solution obtained in step (a) and ultrasonically processing to obtain phosphorus-containing graphene dispersion solution, (c) adding metal cobalt salt and precipitating agent to phosphorus-containing graphene dispersion solution obtained in step (b), stirring for 0.5 hours, placing in a hydrothermal synthesis kettle at 180 degrees C for 3 hours, and (d) centrifuging the hydrothermal product to separate precipitate, drying, and calcining at 500 degrees C for 2 hours under the protection of argon to obtain the product. USE - The cobalt oxide/phosphorus doped graphene composite material is useful in lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: performs phosphorus doping modification on graphene, which improves the dispersion and stability of cobalt oxide nanoparticles and increases the contact area between active material and electrolyte, ensures good performance and cycle stability of the material, is simple and has high repeatability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the cobalt oxide/phosphorus doped graphene composite material prepared by the above mentioned method.
