NOVELTY - Functionalized oxide graphene compound with polyimide comprises 60-65 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, 35-40 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 0.1-0.12 pts. wt. stearic acid, 5-6 pts. wt. calcium benzoate, 0.8-1 pts. wt. mercaptan methyl tin heat stabilizer, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. titanate coupling agent 131, 19-20 pts. wt. epoxy soybean oil, 0.4-0.5 pts. wt. barium stearate, 6-7 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 6-7 pts. wt. N,N-dimethyl acetamide, 2-3 pts. wt. cyclohexyl isocyanate, 3-4 pts. wt. polyimide powder and proper amount of anhydrous ethanol. USE - Functionalized oxide graphene compound with polyimide for enhancing stability of the cable material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Functionalized oxide graphene compound with polyimide has good toughness and rigidity, but also has good thermal stability, excellent aging resistance, and prolongs the service life of the cable material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing functionalized oxide graphene compound with polyimide, which involves: (A) adding calcium benzoate into high speed mixer, and heating to 100-110 degrees C, adding stearic acid and titanate coupling agent 131 under the speed of 1000-1200 rotations per minute for 20-25 minutes to obtain mixture; (B) adding the polyvinyl chloride into the high-speed mixer under low speed rotation; (C) mixing methyl tin mercaptide heat stabilizer, epoxy soybean oil and mixture, then heating to 100-105 degrees C under stirring speed of 800-1000 rotations per minute for 15-20 minutes; (D) injecting mixture into a double-screw extruder, extruding and granulating to obtain the modified polyvinyl chloride master batch; (E) putting the oxidized graphene into N,N-dimethyl acetamide, ultrasonic dispersing for 90-120 minutes to obtain the graphene oxide dispersion liquid; (F) adding cyclohexyl isocyanate for dispersion in room temperature under stirring speed of 600-800 rotations per minute for 24 hours; (G) using absolute ethyl alcohol to wash for 2-3 times, then drying the filter cake in drying box under vacuum to dry; (H) adding polyimide powder under mixing to obtain the product with the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer; (I) mixing remaining components into the high-speed mixer, at normal temperature under stirring and mixing uniformly, feeding into a double-screw extruder; and (J) controlling the temperature at 150-160 degrees C, extruding and pelletizing to obtain the final product.
