▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Open-cell metal foams with coating of metal or its alloy and graphene are prepared by electrodeposition of first layer of metal or its alloy and graphene on metal foam; and electrodeposition of second layer of metal or its alloy on metal foam, such that the metal foam has coating comprising the second layer overlapped with the first layer. USE - Method for preparing open-cell metal foams with coating of metal or its alloy and graphene used for grid for batteries, heat exchangers, high-power current transformers, fuel cells, power electronic systems, and energy production systems (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method obtains metal foams with coating of metal and graphene capable of giving to metal foams better mechanical properties (compression strength, energy absorption capacity, flexibility and/or traction strength). The coated metal foams have thermal conductivity improved by up to 150% and yield strength improved by up to 50%. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing is a schematic view of a cell used in the method.
