NOVELTY - The array has quartz substrate arranged between two layers of graphene nano sheet, where width of the graphene nano sheet is 50nm and the length of the graphene nano sheet is 150nm mm. The two layers of graphene nano sheet are provided with multiple graphene nano sheets that are uniformly distributed on layers of the quartz substrate. The quartz substrate fixes and seprates the two- layers of the graphene nano sheet, where width of the quartz substrate is 1um and refractive index of the quartz substrate is 1.5. The graphene sheet is provided with a resistance filter. USE - Graphene nano array. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a top perspective view of a graphene nano array.
