NOVELTY - Lithium ion battery cathode material recycled from graphitized crucible surface fabric comprises 10-20 pts. wt. graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. biochar, 1-11 pts. wt. 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid, 1-6 pts. wt. tin tetrafluoride, 8-12 pts. wt. carbodiimide, 6-10 pts. wt. butyl titanate and 1-6 pts. wt. acetylacetone dicarbonyl iridium. USE - Used as lithium ion battery cathode material recycled from graphitized crucible surface fabric. ADVANTAGE - The material: improves discharge specific capacity and tap density, and has stable performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing lithium ion battery cathode material recycled from graphitized crucible surface fabric comprising (1) using graphene and biochar remaining on upper surface of the graphitization crucible for drying treatment, (2) mixing dried graphene and biochar, and performing ball milling at speed of 400-500 revolutions/minutes, and ball milling for 40-50 minutes to obtain first mixture, (3) mixing 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid and tin tetrafluoride, adding water, stirring to obtain first mixed solution, (4) mixing first mixture and first mixed solution to obtain second mixture, placing second mixture at 90-100 degrees C for ball milling at speed of 1500-1700 revolutions/minutes, and ball milling for 10-15 minutes to obtain third mixture, (5) mixing carbodiimide, butyl titanate and acetylacetone dicarbonyl iridium, adding 2-3 times 75% ethanol solution, ball milling at speed of 650-800 revolutions/minutes, and ball milling for 25-35 minutes to obtain second mixed solution, (6) mixing third mixture with second mixed solution, and performing ball milling at speed of 1000-2000 revolutions/minutes, and ball milling for 40-60 minutes to obtain fourth mixture, and (7) heating fourth mixture, the temperature of the heat treatment is 600-2400 degrees C, and the treatment time is 1-2 hours, heating product fraction, and cooling to obtain cathode material of lithium ion battery.
