NOVELTY - A radiated graphene composite film is processed by preparing multiple polymer film with fixed thickness, uniformly coating graphene slurry on polymer film surface, heating finished coated polymer film laminate in oven at 60-80 degrees C for 1 hour to obtain layer forming body, carbonizing layer forming body in carbonization furnace at 700-1000 degrees C for 1 hour in argon or nitrogen gas atmosphere, and graphitizing in graphitizing furnace at 1800-2500 degrees C for 1 hour under argon or nitrogen gas atmosphere. USE - Preparation of radiated graphene composite film for LED lamp, LCD screen, and high heat productivity electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The preparation reduces carbonization and graphitization time and temperature, has low temperature, quick forming time, low energy consumption, and product has high thermal conductivity, good flexibility, excellent machine processing property, and better sustainability.
