NOVELTY - Garment comprises a membrane formed of elastomeric material. The membrane includes a front portion (12), a back portion, an outer thigh portion (18) on right and left sides of the membrane, and a genital portion (14). The front and back portions are joined via the outer thigh portions to form an opening at a top portion of membrane. Each outer thigh is joined via genital portion to form a respective opening on each of the right side and left side. The top portion fits a human wearer's torso snugly, and the membrane fits human body shape snugly. The membrane is at least one of a completely non-permeable material, a partially non-permeable material, a partially pliable material, and a completely pliable material. The partially pliable material is at least one of material having a non-flexible region and material having a reduced flexibility region. The membrane includes at least two layers of material. USE - The garment is useful: for oral-sexual relations (claimed) and during oral-vaginal and/or oral-anal sex to protect another person's mouth, lips, tongue, saliva, nose, and breath from contact with the wearer's vulva, perineum, anus, and surrounding areas, in order to prevent the transmission of bacteria, sexually transmitted infections, fluids, tastes, and scents; and as barrier e.g. device, panty, boyshort, short, lingerie item, barrier, garment, undergarment, membrane, prophylactic, and/or system. ADVANTAGE - The membrane: is one of disposable and reusable; includes at least one of a design, a color, and a pattern; is shaped like an undergarment and worn during oral-vaginal and/or oral-anal sex to protect another person's mouth, lips, tongue, saliva, nose, and breath from contact with the wearer's vulva, perineum, anus, and surrounding areas, in order to prevent the transmission of bacteria, sexually transmitted infections, fluids, tastes, and scents; is thin, substantially non-porous, elastic, effectively skin-tight, and aesthetically attractive; is for oral sex on a vulva, perineum, and/or anus that need not be held in place during sexual activity is provided; is sufficiently stable and relatively immobile during the sexual activity, that is not loose or movable enough to allow anal bacteria to be easily transferred to the vagina during sex, and is aesthetically attractive; utilizes mold which is a hollowed structured housing allowing for less cost of materials and process for manufacturing the mold; and utilizes material used to form the barrier garment is chosen to allow for a transfer of heat or a non-transfer of heat.
