▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing chitosan-graphene oxide composite fibers, comprises adding aqueous graphene oxide solution into aqueous chitosan dispersion, mixing, adding glacial acetic acid and stirring to obtain spinning stock solution, then defoaming spinning stock solution, extruding, solidifying, stretching and adding dopamine for soaking to obtain final product. USE - The composite fibers are useful for preparing surgical sutures (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: adopts a solution compounding method to graft small molecule graphene oxide onto a chitosan polymer, which enhances the interaction between chitosan molecules; and produces chitosan-graphene oxide composite fibers having improved antibacterial property and tensile strength by wet spinning process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for chitosan-graphene oxide composite fibers prepared by above method, where the method utilizes mixture of aqueous sodium hydroxide solution and ethanol.
