▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves admixing an aqueous solution of a disordered protein with an aqueous solution of a graphene oxide. The disordered protein is comprised of opposite charge to the graphene oxide. The graphene oxide protein-matrix is formed as a three- dimensional structure (3D) with a lumen that is defined by a membrane with an inner and outer surface. A reservoir is contained with the aqueous solution of disordered protein. A nozzle in the fluid is connected with the reservoir of disordered protein solution. The disordered protein solution is delivered through the nozzle to a reservoir that comprise the graphene oxide and the nozzle is controlled by a computer. USE - Method of preparing a graphene oxide protein-matrix (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The overall length and the molecular weight of a polypeptide is reduced. The co-assembly in the presence of cells is enabled without affecting the structural integrity of the generated membrane. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a kit for preparing a graphene oxide protein-matrix. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view illustrating molecular building blocks and rationale for co-assembly.
